General
When do i have to pay you?
I take 50% of the initial price before starting the project and the rest before sending the final design, logo, etc.
I need something really simple, can you do it for free, i’ll tag you on my social networks?
The day I will be able to pay bills and food with tags on social networks I will implement it, but for now NO I don’t work for free.
What type of payment do you accept?
Bank transfer, PayPal, Cash.
What if I don’t like my final product?
It never happened to me so far, because I like to work step by step in direct contact with my customers, but if you don’t like the final product you can decide to renounce to it and don’t make the second payment.
Logos
Who owns the copyright of my logo?
You will get full copyright ownership of the final Logo upon completion of the final payment. I only reserve the right to display the logo in my portfolio and website.
I already have a Logo, can you re-design it?
Of course I can re-design your logo.
The price depends on how many changes do you need.
I need a Logo as soon as possible, can you do it?
Scheduling a job may take time. I always recommend to allow extra time for your project and set realistic time frames to include all revision and approval steps.
My process for Logos take always between 2 and 4 weeks depending on how many other active projects I have.
If you really need something that quick I can give you priority, but that includes a fee of +20% of the price.
Photos
You say you are a “mobile photographer”, but why your photos look like taken in a studio?
The method and style I developed during the years consist in having most of my gears portable and ready to go.
This way I can go to my clients houses or offices and take the photos with the same professional look as it would be in a photography studio.
I have a wish for a certain type of photos, can I talk to you about it?
Of course! I have my method and my style, but I’m always glad to discuss ideas and wishes with my customers.
Do you edit the photos?
Yes, all photos are digitally optimized.
Can I have the raw files?
Absolutely… not.
Can I apply filters and effects on my photos?
I will deliver the photos in what I think is their best final form.
After you receive them you are free to do what you prefer.
Prints
Can I get a signed prints?
Yes, I will gladly sign any prints you’d like to buy contacting me privately per emil.
I can’t sign prints from Redbubble or Spreadshirt.
Are your prints all original designs?
Yes, I do every drawing, doodle, design by myself.
Internet is full of amazing artist and designs, I cannot exclude that sometimes some of them can look similar, but I always work from my imagination and try to be authentic.
